Procurement Information

The Procurement Act 2023 requires that local authorities publish details of every invitation to tender for contracts to provide goods and/or services with a value that exceeds £5,000.

For each invitation, the following must be published:

Reference number
Title
Description of the goods and services sought
Start, end and review dates
Local authority department responsible.

The Council has reviewed its procurement activity and confirms that no invitations to tender or contracts exceeding £5,000 have arisen since the publication of the Procurement Information 30.06.25 report.
