Planning

Ash-cum-Ridley Parish Council is consulted by Sevenoaks District Council on planning applications within the parish and is invited to submit comments on behalf of the local community.

The Parish Council's comments on planning applications are recorded in the minutes of Planning Committee and Council meetings, which are available on this website.

Copies of the Parish Council's responses are also normally available as part of the application record on the local planning authority's website. The Planning Tracker provides links to these application records, where planning documents, consultation responses and planning decisions can be viewed.

The local planning authority is responsible for determining planning applications and making planning decisions.
